Teen Between
Teen Between is a specialized support service designed to help young people to cope with parent's separation or divorce.
Its provided by YWI Laois free of charge to Young People between the ages of 12–18 years who meet the criteria.
The trained YWI Laois Facilitator supports the young person and working together helps to try and resolve the problems that concerns them.
The YWI Laois Facilitator and Client typically engage in six, one hour “face to face” sessions.
YWI Laois have run a limited Teen Between programme over the last three years (Total 18 Clients).
A new Pilot Programme will run from September 2009 to August 2010 (Potentially 60 Clients).
